Thanks to our CAA Part 102 Certification, we can fly anywhere in beautiful New Zealand. Landscape and Kiwi culture where others can’t. Including being able to:

• Over 400ft

• Over Private Property

• Dropping Payloads

• We carry aviation-specific public liability insurance coverage.

The NZ Drones Chief Pilot, Jack Scott, is an experienced Drone operator with over 3,000 logged flying hours. He holds the following drone qualifications: CAA Part 101, CAA Part 102, and Piloting certifications under Part 141.

Allowing for flight in controlled airspace, over private property/people, flying above 120m, and at night.

NZ DRONES is pleased to announce that we have completed the recertification/renewal of our Unmanned Aircraft Operators Certificate from the Civil Aviation Of New Zealand ( CAA ) NZ, Which has now been extended for the next six years 2026.
